Dr. Peggy Chang
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Chang is a board-certified pediatric dentist. She received her DMD degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2013. Upon graduation, she joined the Health Promotion Board in Singapore to gain additional experience working with children in underserved and multicultural populations, and then returned to the US for her advanced training through the UTHSC Houston Pediatric Dentistry Program. Dr. Chang was also an assistant professor at Texas Children’s Hospital.
Outside of work, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with her husband, baby boy, and fur baby outdoors and staying active. Dr. Chang looks forward to meeting you and your young ones!
Dr. Valerie Fong
Board Certified Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Valerie Fong grew up in the San Francisco Bay area in California where she received her Bachelor of Science degree and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2008. She then went on to complete an additional Advanced Education in General Dentistry program in Boston through Lutheran Medical Center. Over the next few years as a general dentist, she realized she wanted to pursue her career in pediatrics and completed her pediatric dental residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She is a board certified member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and stays up-to-date with continuing education annually. She feels the most rewarding part of her job is helping children of all ages and needs have a positive experience visiting the dentist.
Dr. Valerie loves to spend her free time with her two beagle mix dogs outdoors, reading, cooking, and trying new restaurants. Fun Fact: Dr. Valerie was a Girl Scout from Daisy to Senior when she was growing up. Her favorite cookie is still the Samoa!

Dr. Ke Wang
Board Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Ke Wang is a board certified orthodontist who received her orthodontic certificate and Master of Dental Science degree from University of Connecticut, a PhD in Oral Biology from Texas A&M University, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Sichuan University. Dr. Ke became an orthodontist because of the way it combines artistic talent with a mechanical mindset to help guide effective treatment for patients. She enjoys sharing treatment progress with patients and parents and seeing her patients become more and more confident with their smile.
Dr. Ke and her husband, an electronics engineer, were high school sweethearts and have known each other since they were 15. Dr. Ke enjoys cooking, watching TV shows, listening to podcasts, and traveling. A fun fact: Dr. Ke can do Katy Perry’s “doll eye” trick, so ask her to show you when you see her!
